Please be aware that as cabinets go live they take a couple of weeks before you will be able to order the fibre broadband. Providers can sometimes take time to become available on the fibre network. To get the best deal wait 2-3 weeks when the market is more competitive. Find out more on our FAQ pages.
Cabinets encountering problems:
Leire 5 (Claybrooke Magna) – Work is continuing to progress in Claybrooke Magna. More fibre has been blown (air pressure used to force fibre cables along the ducts) and Openreach have worked through a number of blockages. We continue to stay on track for the work to be completed by the end of May.
Market Bosworth 5 (Barlestone) – The remainder of the main fibre network (spine) is being built and the team are still hopeful for June
Stoke Golding 7 (Higham on the Hill) – BT engineers are still investigating the problems and hope to have some more information on the next steps forward early next week.
