Superfast Leicestershire – in partnership with the Digital Growth programme – is holding a one-day conference to help businesses across Leicester and Leicestershire by providing an insight into the latest developments of digital technologies.The Digital Growth Conference 2018 is being on Thursday 15 March at the King Power Stadium.
The agenda includes sessions on:
- The future of digital marketing
- What’s new in search?
- Increasing efficiency & productivity through digital
- Affordable targeted TV marketing
- Personalisation & the rise of the chatbot
- What’s new in social?
The keynote address will be given by Practical Futurist and TEDx speaker Andrew Grill. There will also be a presentation from Dragon’s Den winners Mo Bro’s.
The last conference in 2015 was attended by more than 500 delegates and this year’s event is expected to be even more popular.
To be eligible to attend, delegates must register their business with the Digital Growth programme, but registration is free.

The Digital Growth Programme (DGP) is part-funded through European Regional Development Funding (ERDF) and is delivered across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and South Yorkshire.
It aims to support growing businesses to explore and introduce new and emerging digital products/services into their business to improve competitiveness, productivity, perceptions about digital technologies’ role in business growth and to take advantage of commercial opportunities – consequently driving economic growth across the regions covered.
